Aviation West Reps and Warranty Claim Resolved Amicably

Concord Specialty Risk (“Concord”), The Vistria Group, LP, (“Vistria”), Aviation West Charters, LLC (“AWC”), and their attorneys are happy to announce that they have amicably resolved Aviation West’s representation and warranty insurance (“RWI”) claim and all disputes they had related to a RWI policy Concord issued to Aviation West in connection with Vistria’s acquisition of Aviation West, Inc. (d/b/a Angel MedFlight).

The terms of the parties’ agreement are confidential, but Concord, Vistria, and AWC all agree that the resolution they reached is fair and reasonable.

Concord and its insurers were represented by David Apfel at Goodwin Procter, LLP. Vistria and AWC were represented by William O’Neil at Winston & Strawn, LLP and Bruce Sperling and Eamon Kelly at Sperling & Slater, P.C.
