Hunter has worked with Ryan Transactional Risk since June 2021, with experience underwriting both Tax and Reps & Warranties policies.  Prior to joining the team, Hunter worked with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Tax group in New York, London, and Munich, where he led a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transaction diligence and structuring engagements.  Hunter obtained his LL.M in Tax Law from New York University and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
