Allison has over 24 years experience in the insurance / reinsurance industry, and prior to joining the insurance industry, she worked in Accounting and Audit roles. She has experience across all aspects of technical administration, reporting and insurance operations. Most recently, Allison worked at Tokio Marine Kiln where she was responsible for managing the underwriting administration team that supported various business units including Aviation, Cargo, Cyber and Property. Allison joined Ryan Transactional Risk in October 2023.
