Cherlyn qualified as a solicitor in Singapore at Drew & Napier LLC in 2019. She worked both in the Intellectual Property team and the Corporate & Finance team. In the Corporate team, she acted for a variety of clients on matters including private M&A, IP& IT contracts, employment files and general corporate / commercial matters. Cherlyn joined Ryan Transactional Risk in January 2024.
