Gareth joined Ryan Transactional Risk in November 2023 as an Underwriter focusing on Real Estate transactions. He trained and qualified at Lawrence Graham (now known as Gowlings WLG) in 2010 before joining Mayer Brown in 2015, where he advised a range of UK, U.S. and Asian based funds, developers and institutional investors on the sale, purchase, funding, development and ongoing management of their UK real estate investment portfolios. In 2016 Gareth moved in-house, helping WeWork grow throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia before moving to Far East Consortium in 2021, advising on a number of large scale residential and hotel developments in London and Manchester.
