Kerry leads our international tax underwriting team dealing with tax risks arising anywhere in the world (other than the US and Canada). Kerry has been writing tax insurance policies since 2019 and also advises on complex tax risks arising in the W&I arena. A highly experienced tax advisor, Kerry joined Ryan Transactional Risk in June 2019 after spending over 21 years in the corporate tax teams of both UK and US headed international law firms. Kerry graduated from King’s College London with a 2:1 Bachelor of Laws and London University with a Master of Tax Law.
