Nate Little is an Assistant Vice President and Counsel, RWI and joined Ryan Transactional Risk in 2023. Prior to joining Ryan Transactional Risk, Nate gained experience on both the legal and financial side of the transactional market, working as an Associate Attorney in Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s M&A practice. He also worked as a Pricing Analyst in Fannie Mae’s Capital Markets group. Nate received his J.D. Cum Laude from Northwestern’s Pritzker School of Law and his B.B.A. in Business Finance from The George Washington University. Nate is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the New York Bar.
